Privacy policy

What is this application?

It is an internal tool that Before You Call a Pro uses to manage its own YouTube channel. There is no sign-up and no public version; it has been authorized through Google sign-in on a single account, the one that owns our channel. It relies on YouTube API Services, which means the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also govern it.

What can it access?

What is it used for?

Publishing videos, keeping the channel in order, and using the reports to decide which checklists to make next.

Is anything shared or sold?

No. Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold, licensed or passed to third parties, and it is never used for ads or profiling. Our handling of that data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

How long is data kept?

Access tokens, report figures and comment logs are stored on a server reserved for our own use. They stay there only as long as the application is active and are erased when its permission is revoked.

How do I revoke access?

Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove the application. After that it has no ability to view or edit anything.

Does this website track me?

No. This website has no user accounts, contact forms, ads, tracking cookies or visitor analytics. The network that hosts it may log standard technical data, like an IP address, in order to serve and protect each page.

Will this policy change?

Any update will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will change with it.

How can I contact you?
